You can participate in a fix & flip program where you bring your qualifying credit & income, and we provide the mentorship and we do all the work! 

You will receive a minimum $20,000 guaranteed profit. 

We provide a weekly ZOOM overview. There is a Q & A session, following the overview.  Please come prepared with questions, but hold them until the Q & A Session. 

You must prequalify for the program, so please complete and submit the prequalification questionnaire. 

We will contact you and provide the meeting ID for the ZOOM overview.
